Tropical chia smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 125 g mango
  • 125 g pineapple
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 250 ml almond milk

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • Mango
  • Coconut flakes
  • Almonds

METHOD

  1. Blend the banana, mango and pineapple until the mixture is smooth and thick, stopping and stirring occasionally to achieve the necessary texture.
  2. Add the chia seeds to the almond milk and wait until it thickens. Thoroughly combine the fruit mixture with the almond milk.
  3. Add toppings as desired.
