Tropical chia smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 125 g mango
- 125 g pineapple
- 10 g chia seeds
- 250 ml almond milk
FOR THE TOPPING:
- Blueberries
- Kiwi
- Mango
- Coconut flakes
- Almonds
METHOD
- Blend the banana, mango and pineapple until the mixture is smooth and thick, stopping and stirring occasionally to achieve the necessary texture.
- Add the chia seeds to the almond milk and wait until it thickens. Thoroughly combine the fruit mixture with the almond milk.
- Add toppings as desired.
