INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g pineapple
  • Apple pieces, to taste
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon/lime
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 50 ml coconut water

METHOD

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender
  2. Mix well and serve chilled.
