INGREDIENTS
- 150 g pineapple
- Apple pieces, to taste
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon/lime
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 50 ml coconut water
METHOD
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender
- Mix well and serve chilled.
