Carrot, pear and beet juice

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 medium carrots
  • 2 medium pears
  • 1 large beet

METHOD

  1. Peel and chop the carrots and beets and peel, core and chop the pears.
  2. Use a juicer to extract, separately, the juice from the carrots, beets and pears.
  3. Combine all the three juices and serve immediately.
