Who are they ?

The ” Tablée des Chefs_” has existed in Canada since 2002, and in France since 2013.

The organization is supported by a very committed sponsor, chef Guillaume Gomez, former chef of the Elysée Palace.

To teach middle school students, mostly in REP and REP+, to adopt good eating habits through cooking. It is a real learning by doing, with workshops led each month by volunteer professional chefs.

  • They work in the field (in colleges and youth homes), with children and teenagers often from moderate-income neighborhoods, where obesity is much more present than in the rest of the country.
  • They act to change habits in the long term by allowing children to acquire the right tools and knowledge.
  • They provide young people with solid knowledge about nutrition, which is validated by upstream medical experts (including Prof. Déchelotte and his team), simply and in a fun way.
  • Supporting La Tablée des Chefs means helping to reduce social inequalities in access to culinary knowledge and health.
  • They give you the opportunity to become a project volunteer as part of the 1M2H program (reserved for BNP Paribas employees).
