Quinoa and broccoli salad

INGREDIENTS
- bowl quinoa, cooked
- 1 bowl almonds, crushed
- 300 g broccoli, cut into chunks
- 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
- bowl chopped herbs (dill, parsley, mint, basil, cilantro, chives)
- Grated lemon juice and zest
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Crush the almonds in a food processor and set aside. Add the broccoli and stir until the pieces are not too small.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, almonds and quinoa with remaining ingredients and stir gently.
- Serve
