Ham Rice Croquette

INGREDIENTS
- 80 g rice
- 300 ml thick béchamel sauce
- 100 g non-fat ham
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt and Pepper at your choice
PREPARATION
- Cook rice in boiling water and drain. Cut ham into very small pieces.
- Lightly heat the béchamel sauce.
- Combine rice, béchamel and ham. Place in a saucepan and refrigerate
- Once the dough is cold, make balls and cover with eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Finally, fry.
