Chili con carne

INGREDIENTS
- tablespoons of oil
- 4 ground garlics
- 1 white onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of chili pepper or
non-spicy chili powder - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 400 ml tomato sauce
- 500 g ground beef
- 500 g red beans
(previously cooked) - 2 cups of water
- Salt and pepper at your choice
- Grated cheddar cheese
PREPARATION
- In a saucepan, add oil, ground garlic, chopped onion into small cubes and stir until golden brown.
- Add the ground beef and fry until cooked. Then add the tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika and Worcestershire sauce, mix all the ingredients well.
- Add the water and the previously cooked beans, mix everything. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the set for 40 minutes at medium/high temperature, serve hot or heat in a bowl.
- In addition, you can add cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice to the soup.
