INGREDIENTS

  • tablespoons of oil
  • 4 ground garlics
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of chili pepper or
    non-spicy chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 400 ml tomato sauce
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 500 g red beans
    (previously cooked)
  • 2 cups of water
  • Salt and pepper at your choice
  • Grated cheddar cheese

PREPARATION

  1. In a saucepan, add oil, ground garlic, chopped onion into small cubes and stir until golden brown.
  2. Add the ground beef and fry until cooked. Then add the tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika and Worcestershire sauce, mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Add the water and the previously cooked beans, mix everything. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook the set for 40 minutes at medium/high temperature, serve hot or heat in a bowl.
  5. In addition, you can add cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice to the soup.
