Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 4 ground garlics
- 1/2 white onion, chopped into cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh
- parsley
- 300 g ground pork (preferably
use arm or leg) - 500 g ground beef steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- In a large bowl, add all al the ingredient and mix it all up.
- Once well mixed, make balls of the size desired.
- Meats ball can be fried or baked and you can top them off with whatever you want!
P.S (If you want to bake meatballs in the oven, put parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake them for 30 minutes at 160 ºC)
