INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g oats
  • 150 g of cereals
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 25 g seeds, flax seeds, hemp
  • 25 g toasted sesame seeds
  • 25 g prune
  • 50 g dried fig
  • 40 ml coconut oil
  • 130 ml honey

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the oven to 180ºC
  2. Cut the nuts into small pieces. Mix them with cereals and seeds.
  3. Add the milk, sunflower oil, honey, and mix.
  4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan creating a flat surface.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut into squares before cooling.
