Energy bars

INGREDIENTS
- 250 g oats
- 150 g of cereals
- 250 ml of milk
- 25 g seeds, flax seeds, hemp
- 25 g toasted sesame seeds
- 25 g prune
- 50 g dried fig
- 40 ml coconut oil
- 130 ml honey
PREPARATION
- Heat the oven to 180ºC
- Cut the nuts into small pieces. Mix them with cereals and seeds.
- Add the milk, sunflower oil, honey, and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan creating a flat surface.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cut into squares before cooling.
