Ham Rice Croquette

INGREDIENTS

  • 80 g rice
  • 300 ml thick béchamel sauce
  • 100 g non-fat ham
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper at your choice

PREPARATION

  1. Cook rice in boiling water and drain. Cut ham into very small pieces.
  2. Lightly heat the béchamel sauce.
  3. Combine rice, béchamel and ham. Place in a saucepan and refrigerate
  4. Once the dough is cold, make balls and cover with eggs and breadcrumbs.
  5. Finally, fry.
