Squash Humus

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g cooked and drained chickpeas
- 300 g canned pumpkin/squash
- 100 g of tahini or sesame paste
- (or replace with 100 g additional chickpeas)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 spoonful of salt
- 10 ml of lemon juice
- 1 spoon of ground cumin
- ½ spoonful of paprika (optional)
- Celery or peas, at your choice (optional ingredients)
PREPARATION
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add more olive oil if the consistency is too thick.
- When you serve, if you want it to look like a pumpkin, make a green stalk with peas, celery, lettuce or any other green vegetable.
- Serve with cookies and vegetables.
